Carly Holland - RMT, R.Ac
Carly grew up involved in sports. Between watching and playing, her interest in how the body works and evolves is what brought her to the study of massage and acupuncture. Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of the Centennial College Massage Therapy program where she received an Advanced Diploma in 2012. Carly is also a Registered Acupuncturist, a graduate of AIM Academy where she received a diploma in Acupuncture, in 2020.
Carly understands that every body is different, therefore every treatment needs to be targeted to each clients specific needs. She believes that treatment enhances the restoration of normal body function and helps to create a natural harmony throughout the body. Her focal area is integrating different aspects of her learning into a full body treatment, specializing in a deep tissue approach.
Carly has additional training in Indian Head Massage, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Cupping and Gua Sha.
Kendra Karst - RMT
Registered Massage Therapist, Kendra Karst, began her professional life as a ballet dancer. There's a fluid musicality with which Kendra approaches her hands on work, having embodied understanding of anatomy, movement and recovery.
A graduate of Sutherland-Chan, Kendra's clinical experience includes but is not limited to the assessment and treatment of common pain patterns. She has worked with acute trauma in both physical and mental health realms. Her tool kit includes Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Dynamic Stretching, Pre and Post Natal Massage, Lymph and Scar work (including breast/chest/top/cesarean); her repertoire continues to expand.
Kendra is a dog momma, coffee lover and member of Toronto's Queer community. She believes all bodies are good bodies, that deserve informed and unbiased, quality care.
